random: i’ve been longing to mow the lawn all summer. there is just something about the breathing, smelling, sweating that shouts SUMMER. growing up, i used to mow numerous lawns every saturday morning/afternoon. even coming home after freshman year of college, i remember when i my love for passion pit’s manners album grew out of my time first time listening to it while mowing.

nothing quite like waking up on a Saturday only to go to work to clean bathrooms - kinda takes me back to my childhood and having to do sat morning chores before I was allowed to go outside and play. might just have to go watch some cartoons on my first break, or maybe right now.
